I was very impressed with the customer service, starting with the ease of booking the appointment, a call before the appointment to let me know that the technician was on his way and a text message with a photo of the technician who would be coming to the house. The technician, Josh, was very professional and respectful. He took the time to assess the situation and clearly explained what he thought the issue was, how they would address it if I chose to have the repair done.
