I called 1st Call AC and Plumbing to get a second opinion. Who knew this was a thing? The technician, Marco, came out (same day!), was on-time, courteous, professional, looked over my environment and gave me a straight-up, honest 2nd opinion which can be rare these days. I was so impressed that we are considering a full replacement of our units in the future and I cant think of anyone else who i would want leading this for me than Marco. I have lived in the SA area for over 20 years and this was truly the best AC field technician experience i have had. Thank You So Much Marco!
