I actually had called on another company which never showed up. I called 1st call plumbing and they showed up they actually accommodated me to see me the same day. Needed a new water heater they were able to install the following day..And they showed up when they said they were.. Very satisfied and so excited to have hot water again. The technician Zakk Mc combs was so professional and explained everything in full detail..Awesome very happy!

The dispatcher that took the call was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get an appointment scheduled fairly quickly. They ended up having a tech available much earlier than we had scheduled for and gave us a courtesy call to let us know. The tech was super friendly and took the time to gather info, explain the possible causes and the different solutions that would be needed to fix it, in addition to the pricing for those solutions. Had our drain unclogged in no time! Professional company and would definitely use again if needed.
