Had the pleasure of having Mr. Max as our technician today to complete an annual inspection as part of a contract with them. Very professional young man, totally honest and transparent. We were supposed to have both water heaters flushed but when Max inspected them he told me it was my choice but his recommendation was not to have it done as a failure could result. Our water heaters are 11 years old and the base of one of them looks rather bad. If he’d had flushed them it was possible for one or both tanks to have a catastrophic failure and we would be forced to replace them now regardless. I appreciated his professional opinion which will allow my wife and I to go over options instead of “having” it decided for us due to a failure.
