The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I would like to compliment the service technician who came to our home today, Ben M. He is a very courteous, friendly young man, arrived at the scheduled time (actually a few minutes early which was nice), cleaned up the work area upon completion of his work, and explained what he had done for us. He is a credit to the staff of McGill Plumbing, and we will use their services, should we need them, again in the future.
