nate is a great asset for the company. since i worked both tech & csr service for the telephone co 25 yrs, i notice everything & appreciate a good job done all around. nate was early, he has a great attitude, friendly, professional, & he explained everything to me. then took out my old water heater, put in a new one all done in an hour. everything was cleaned up where he worked. & i had hot water! what more can u ask for?! i recommend this company & nate for sure. also barbara in the ofc making the appt was friendly & professional.
