Gary is a super guy! He keeps his appointments on time and calls before coming. He is clean and presentable. He stays on the job until he finds the leak. His rates are very reasonable. He's very personable.

Was prepared to join chorus of good reviews after our first call to them for a tenant's clogged drain (based on the tech they sent), but the drain flooded out again within the same week causing a bunch of damage. I brought in a 3rd party sewer cam to assess situation before asking for consideration on the fees for Sunshine coming out a second time (and the related damage cause.) 3rd party said everything in sewer looked STELLAR, and that Sunshine obviously didn't fully clear the clog the first time. (What they did do is leave the personal products that caused the clog in a pile in the yard.) Anyway, called the owner and he said he'd call me back after checking this out (after he defensively insisted it just had to be a new clog within the same week.) Did not hear back after a few days, so I called again. Crickets. Told the company we have a half dozen new properties we are managing too. They apparently don't care about new business and/or standing behind the work they do.
