I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Jake the Plumber was our first experience with hiring a plumber, and we were very pleased. They were prompt, the cost was reasonable, they took the time to go over the repair in detail, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We live on the opposite side of the metro from Jake's, and thus had a travel cost, but it was well worth it. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber.

Jim Murr and his associate who came to my home were both polite and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and I even requested more work to be done on site that wasn't discussed prior, and Jim took the time to address and solve the problem. The prices were more than fair especially considering it's a small business.

Very professional straight up excellent Company

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
