Amazing experience! From the time I called in the morning until the job was finished I was very impressed! I had a leaking pipe in my basement. Amazing customer service! Our family has a unique health situation & needs a couple of accommodations by anyone entering our home, and we felt incredibly respected by Pure Plumbing when they had to enter our home. They were quick (while still being thorough & doing quality work!) and cleaned up their work sites well. They made time for a smaller extra request in addition to the bigger originally scheduled irrigation system installation. Something that has been a problem for 6 months (and that we had tried to fix on our own) was diagnosed and fixed in like 15 minutes by the skilled plumber. Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

Absolutely fast service I called today and they were here right on time fixing my drains. I recommend them highly. I want to also thank the wonderful customer service of the gentleman that came to do my drains he was amazing
