The job at our house required multiple Roto-Rooter professionals. Each one was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They all worked to clear up the issue promptly. We also appreciated that they gave us information about other possible issues that they discovered, without trying to push us into purchasing more services.

Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
