Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Matt and Thatcher saved me and my family! We had a pipe leak in the basement floor that hit a critical point (fully clogged and joint leaking under the concrete - lets just say is was a big mess). Through their diligent problem solving, they were able to fix what the previous plumbing company was not able to, identified an additional issue and repaired it as well as saved a sentimental item for my daughter that was in the way. They got me and my family back up and running quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure what we would have done without their help - plus they were very friendly and respectful of my property. These guys are Gems!

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.

Jim Murr and his associate who came to my home were both polite and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and I even requested more work to be done on site that wasn't discussed prior, and Jim took the time to address and solve the problem. The prices were more than fair especially considering it's a small business.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
