We called Jake the Plumber after a bad experience with a large plumbing company who had quoted us an outrageous amount for a kitchen faucet and disposal installation. Rich and Meyer came and installed the new faucet and disposal quickly and efficiently, all while saying great things about their employer and the company they work for. The work was 1/4 of the cost we were quoted from the other company, and I could not recommend them more! We will absolutely continue using them for any future needs!

When I called they answered politely. Scheduled this very afternoon - texted when they were on the way (early), diagnosed the problems quickly and resolved them quickly, offered to check another possible problem faucet but told us how we could fix it, The bill was as expected.
