I broke the cartridge in my shower faucet trying to remove it. Mitch (Metro Plumbing) came and was able to remove what was left of it and had it replaced very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and technically skilled. As a newer homeowner, I especially appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions to help me learn the plumbing around my house.
