Wow, this company's fees are exorbitant! To diagnose and fix a minor problem, there is a minimum charge of $599 plus a $79 dispatch fee. (They do tell you about the minimum charge when they arrive at your house.) We had been without kitchen lights for 3 days, so we went ahead with the service. They were able to fix the problem in 45 minutes. I almost wish it had taken longer.Over $600 for less than an hour of work!

We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.
