Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

The Good:I've heard great things about Apollo when it comes to hearing and air. The man I spoke to was very informative and personable. Which is why my grandmother chose them service her furnace. They did a great job.The Bad:I have heard some horror stories from family and friends about the quality of work they perform while doing Air Duct Cleaning.The Mysterious:I used to see them all over the east side of saint paul. This summer I have rarely seen their trucks. When calling for a air duct cleaning they informed me they no longer offer air duct cleaning and gave me a company that has took over for them.

I was amazed by the GREAT customer services Silver Tree provided when my furnace wasn't working the day before Christmas Eve. They were very responsive and helpful! Gordon and Jeremy were amazing, professional and did a fantastic job! This company worked diligently to make sure myself and my neighbors had heat during the sub zero temps. I HIGHLY recommend them!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
