Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Rick and Tim came to help me relocate a drain in my kitchen and did a wonderful job. They were both friendly and professional and clearly walked me through my options. I really appreciate that during COVID-19 they were both wearing masks without me having to ask (seriously, thank you for caring about your customers!!). Should I have any future plumbing needs, Jake the Plumber will be the first people I call! Booking process was also very slick; all online and very quick response times. Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Cichy's was great! They were very responsive and responded quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We ended up having a complicated situation with lining the pipe (through another company) and Cichy's was completely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Worst experience with this company. I call to ask for a quote. Before anything I was never told of their service call fees, which I know most company has. The worker who had came out, I showed him the leak. Before going forward it would of been nice to have mentioned the cost to diagnosis the problem. I got nothing and he start to work on it. Short and simple the job took of anything 15mins to remove the handle and see it was a leaking stem. Quick tighten and that was all. He also left a dirty prints all over my tub and floor that I had to clean up after still. Overall I should have waited on other companies who communicate better with the customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.
