Best Clogged Sewer Lines in Saint Paul MN

Really fast and very helpful. I submitted an online request in the morning and my clogged sink was fixed and running better then ever that same day. Peter was great and walked through everything thing he was doing and gave tips for how to stop damage to other parts of our house. Great experience.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.

I called in the late afternoon with an emergency kitchen sink clog. Adam on the phone was very informative and he was able to contact Ngu right away and send him our way within an hour. Ngu arrived, got straight to work and unclogged the kitchen sink quickly, then checked our laundry room drain which requires more equipment and more time but only charged me for the first job. Great service in all departments, quick and affordable. Will definitely use them again.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!

Had a really good experience. Responsive communication, they were able to come out quickly and were affordable. The technician was very friendly and professional. My only feedback is that I would have liked to know the cost/what repairs were being done before they were started. He came and got right to work but I had no idea of cost until work was done. I could have asked but was working from home and didn’t think about it until after. Thankfully it was very reasonable! I will use Tony’s again but will ask for a cost first!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.
