Wouldn't recommend Roto-Rooter and specifically, Bill the service provider, to anyone.I would rate Roto-Rooter, and Bill, a rating of zero stars but you can't post unless you select at least one star.Bill, on behalf of Roto-Rooter, charged me $686.92 to fix a leaking shower head. $139.92 parts and $599.00 labor for 30 minutes of work. That charge is nothing more than highway robbery.Bill was smug and unpleasant as a service provider I welcomed into my home. His communication skills are abrasive, irritating, annoying and in keeping with everything you'd expect from an un-educated tradesman.$686.92 later I have a leaking shower head.

Called and left a message. No call back. Called a few days later and set up an appointment. He did not show.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I had a sewer back up in the evening and our plumber had recommended that we call Ron the Sewer Rat. I went online that evening to their website and booked the first available appointment, which was the next Monday. (This was Wednesday evening). The next morning, even before they were open, they texted me and said they could come out that day between 2pm-6pm. Jon called me about 15 minutes before 2pm and said he would be there at 2pm and he was right on time. He brought in his gear and went right to work. He said our clog had dissipated, but he used his camera and found some smaller roots, then he showed me on his camera, the entire drain pipe and explained what he was going to do. He took care of the roots and told us we should consider having this done a little more frequent than what we have been doing. The last time was 15 years ago. He was very professional and cleaned up his mess. He told me the total cost, which was very reasonable I might add. I paid him and we asked if he had any business cards. He went out to his truck and brought back a packet that included a fridge magnet, business card, nice ball point pen, and best of all, the Ron the Sewer Rat coloring book with crayons. My grandson is going to love that! I will definitely call them the next time I have any drain issues and will absolutely pass on their name to anyone I know that needs help with their drains. Thank you!!

TJK Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet. The technician was cordial, prompt and talented. He helped me problem solve issues from the original faucet being improperly installed. I am very happy with my new faucet. I will definitely call them again.
