Late on a Saturday our family of 8 was in dire need. Roto Rooter answered right away and setup a plumber to get to us asap, approximately 3 hours from 1st call. The service by Travis was professional, courteous and explained along the way.Can't really comment on price as I did not comparison shop. I can say though I called another plumber 1st and after several clicks and 2 people taking my address and # info I was disconnected by their switchboard and never called back.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

We had a water heater, furnace, and in-floor heating catastrophe! There was no hot water or heat in our home for a week. We called to several different heating and cooling establishments in the area. Many came out and looked at our issue and could not solve it. Finally, we found Apollo and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. AMAZING! Unheard of service we ever experienced. Their team of David, Cristian, Ryan, Tony, Eric, Brad, and their sales person Clay were absolutely fantastic. We are so happy with the new boiler, water heater, and furnace! Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Mike is wonderful to work with. I had a leak that was taken care of same day-he fixed it and also made it “future proof” so if something goes wrong in the future it is easy to replace

Waited two weeks for an estimator to come out only to get a voicemail one hour before the appointment saying that the company doesn’t work in multi family buildings. I came to St. Paul Pipeworks because they were recommended by a smaller plumber who only does single family, which I explained. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

*Update for clarity: there is no special equipment required, the job is a PVC drain pipe replacement.

I am a licensed general contractor that has been using Cities 1 team of plumbers for more than 5 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Wether its a code compliant rehab or replacing a old water heater there team can handle it. The guys are professional and courteous and show up when they say they will. I would highly recommend Cities 1 plumbing and heating for all your plumbing needs.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
