Best Air Conditioning Problems in Saint Paul MN

Let me tell you how much I appreciated the service I received from this professional and friendly company. I've had a terrible smell in my condo for about 4 months but I was only home two days a week so I could handle it with Lysol spray.
When my work schedule changed so did my need for help. I called another local company but they were no help actually making me feel silly for calling them.
I contacted Rumpca on line. They called me and came out the very next day. They planned an attack on my venting which required going into my attic in the early morning hours do as to beat the heat. They fixed the problem efficiently. And I was overjoyed to have the wretched smell gone!

I appreciated the as promised courtesy call 20 minutes prior to arrival and text message with the technicians info so I knew who to expect at the door. I did chose to move forward with the recommendations from Drew and felt he exceeded expectations. With no reflection to Drew, the Good/Better/Best bundled price model definitely does NOT appeal to me. I am not confident MSP pricing is competitive without it being itemized to reflect parts versus labor with consideration of how quickly the technician was able to assess and update the unit. I chose to move forward out of convenience and the professionalism of the technician and hope you receive my comment more as feedback than criticism. Thanks!

We've had Apollo Heating and Air Conditioning out a few times now for general maintenance and also repairing an issue with our furnace thermostat. Each time they were prompt in regards to communication, respectful, and completed work in a timely manner.
