JD did an excellent job. I guess I'm not 100% sure if JD or Chris was my plumber but whoever he was was professional fast and friendly. You can tell these guys are straightforward and fair with pricing. I will be using JD plumbing for all future needs.

I called Don about a leaky spigot and he was able to determine the problem over the phone. He instructed me on how to fix it over the phone and saved me the charge for the service call. Great guy!

Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

I’ve hired Mike & team for three jobs now and am very pleased. First and second time was to move large heavy furniture out of my Saint Paul basement (with a twisty staircase) so I could get some floor work done, and second time was to move all that furniture back into the basement. Third time Mike disassembled two large, old & heavy pieces of German made furniture (one of them shown) and hauled them off to the dump for me. Every time Mike has been early, professional, brought his own tools, and cleaned up after himself. Also, FWIW, as a woman, I felt very comfortable having him and his helpers move & work on stuff in my house.

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

I have worked with AJ Alberts on a couple different occasions and the service and quality of work have been second to none. Pricing has always been reasonable as well. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Drainteam came out and clean my main line. I have other company out before which they only unclogged it. Every 2 to 3 months my drain gets clogged. They were able to show me step by step with a camera and clean my main line to the city sewer. Best and affordable price around.

We have used Cities1plumbing at Neumanns bar many times. They have put in air conditioning units, a boiler and fixed many plumbing issues we have had. They are very timely and very knowledgeable in anything we have needed. They have done a good job with my business & at my house i have had them do all the plumbing when we added a bathroom in our basement. I would recommend them to anyone every guy that has come out from this company has been very good at getting things done.

We just remodeled our bathroom and also replaced our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit with Silver Tree. It was a huge complicated project, but Silver Tree was amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and completed the work as scheduled. They were also very accommodating with the many changes we had which made the process so much less stressful. We had many subs working on our project, but Silver Tree was the only company that were there when they said they would be. They put the extra effort in ahead of time so our project would go smoothly and would turn out exactly how we wanted it. We are extremely happy with the end result and attribute much of that to Silver Tree!

**update**After I left my review I was given a response from the owner to call him. I have called 3 times and no call back after leaving a message. Supports my first report of poor service.11-23-2020Very poor service.When I called to inquire about service the man who answer the phone assured me he could get the sink unclogged. I asked him if he was sure he replied that there has been 2 sinks in the last 20 years so yes he was very sure it would be fixed. He told me it is 115.00 to get it unclogged. Tech arrived very quick after call was made.Tech kept looking at the pipes saying I have never seen pipes like these. He did the same thing I did which he pushed a snake down there and said he could not get past what it was. So drain was not fixed when he left. He came back to the door and said sorry I have to charge you 115.00. I said for what it is not fixed and nowhere on the web site did it say pay even if not able to fix and the man who dispatched you here said you would be able to fix it but never said I had to pay if you did or did not fix it. The tech apologized and said he even asked his manager to please wave the fee since nothing was done and it was still clogged and he said no charge anyways.In today's world with everything we have going on this is so unsettling to know companies take advantage of people like this. Covid has some of us live by every small pennie we have and for companies like this to charge when the could not complete the job makes me sick to my stomach. I would never recommend this company for this reason. I plan to write to the better business bureau also. Very bad service

I was fortunate to choose Grant Utilities when my 100+ year old home needed sewer work. In requesting a bid, I worked with Grant himself who called to talk through the options, promptly provided an estimate, and kicked off the project on the scheduled day and time. It was a big job, and he left the site (my front yard) put back together. Grant and his team were professional, communicative and really good at what they do. I would absolutely recommend Grant Utilities.
