I hired CJ plumbing to do my main water connection off the city's T valve, once they arrived on a Saturday to do the job they were all very professional and thorough, and were done and cleaned up before sun down. Best part of it all they were 3k lower than all the other bids, Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may ever need, big or small. I have a brand new system in a brand new house and I called to get a quote to install a zone controller. There is no “quote” option. It’s $95 to come to my house for a service call (nothings broken), and then I’ll get “options” from there.After waiting on hold for maybe 10 minutes, I was told there is no service fee and that a project manager would come out to estimate. Great. But then the representative forgot everything we talked about and started asking me what was the problem with my system (again).Thinking that this was a misunderstanding, I called back and spoke to Jake who again said it would be a $95 service call. What a mess.
