The technician they sent out seemed to be high on something. He was real nervous jumpy and did not want to look at the plumbing. He said we had to go to city hall and get a diagram of the building before he could do anything. Then he left.

Highly recommend Lemay Plumbing. I had an issue with my tub leaking from the piping in the basement only when a bath was ran. I called around and several plumbers were either backed up for 3 weeks or charged $190 just to come out and didn’t include materials (Bieg)!

I called on Monday and they were able to schedule me for Thursday. Elmer was very informative and fixed the issue of the overflow drain leaking because of an improperly sealed gasket. He was quick, I think only here almost an hour, and explained/showed me the issue causing the leak. The price was very fair. I will use them again for all plumbing issues.
