I had a real mess on my hands. Tim & Dave showed up within 2 hours after I called, fixed the clog, cleaned up and were out of the house in about an hour. Very professional and courteous!

Terrible. Didn’t fix anything, said they had to charge a service call fee for taking everything apart, putting back together, and cleaning up. However, they didn’t put plumbing back correctly, leading to a massive leak under the sink after they left, and they didn’t clean, instead leaving a sink covered in black grime. On top of it all, the service technician was quite rude and dismissive of my mother and choose to not listen to the information regarding recent work that had been completed. I’ll never use roto rooter again. The worst experience. Again, nothing was even fixed after all of this!
