I had a good experience with Henry when picking out bathroom fixtures, but then received radio silence when I was ready to order after a few emails back and forth with questions/final details and measurements. Tried contacting the designer and the admin that paired us three more times to no avail. I guess we'll get the things we picked out from another store--I wouldn't have thought it was so hard to give a business several thousand dollars. Just be aware you might be wasting your time with them.

Have heard horror stories about not getting permits and rehab coming to a halt. Definitely get the whole story. Not everyone does things the same.
