Quoted me 2 different prices each time I called with questions. Third time I called, forgetting I had already decided against them, he said he'd come out for $79 to look at the job. When I said we were still deciding if we could afford the project he said well then why would I could out if you're not going to do the project and pay me Rude and condescending the whole time.
