Out of the four companies who came to look at our system Brett was the only one who took the time to listen to my concerns and truly address the problems we were experiencing with our system. He gave an excellent description of what needed to be done and how it would improve the overall climate in our house. Although the job was very difficult to complete due to the lack of space, Brett and Kyle made sure it was done quickly and correctly.
