Allen was right on time 9:00 and kept on working until 2:00. He didn’t even take a lunch break. We found the leak on the 2 nd hole we cut in ceiling. The leak turned out to be the copper water manifold and was replaced with an upgraded pvc model. He even picked up the drywall and all the mess he made. 5 stars no I’ll give you guys a 10 star. When they first came out they tried but couldn't pressurize my system so they recommended I have a local plumber attach a bib at the NID box which I did. The day they scheduled a return the original technician had called in sick so the local manager Monte came up to my place in Nevada City, found the leak, and only charged me for one hour of his time. He was very personable and obviously knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
LATER ADDITION: the site they located was directly on center and 3.5 to 4 feet underground. Good work!
