Steve explained the differences in water heating equipment and helped me choose the right equipment to get the best option to fit my needs and budget. I am very pleased. Beyond the right choice. Honest, honorable, respectful, clean, accurate, and caring. I chose this company after getting many quotes. He was the most honest quote. I had contractors who took their work as a burden and not my safety first. They didn't want to put the work in to do it right and safe because it would require climbing under the house. We had companies try to quote us for the same work but added on extra fees for what needed to be done. Mitch even pulled our permits and added extra luxuries for us. He went above and beyond and was so considerate of our schedules and needs. My other half was so happy we went with him that they wouldn't stop talking about what a great contractor he is. We will always use him in the future.
