His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment. The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. Upon arrival, the process went very well, very friendly installer, and the removal, install, and clean-up took slightly more than 2 hours!! There is no doubt in my mind that if plumbing needs arise in the future, the first call will definitely be to Super Mario! Thanks very much for a great experience with your company!
