I manage few apartment complexes and one of the boilers had failed. Went on Laars boilers website and found couple of certified companies in Sacramento area. We have scheduled an appointment, technician showed up on time, took him half an hour or so to troubleshoot it. He found that some part had failed and had to be replaced.
