I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

I have hired Joe for several home maintenance and repair needs. Replacing/installing doors, moving of a door, and door handles/deadbolt replacement, drywall and painting, removal and fixing dryrot. Joe is very knowledgeable, his work is professional at a reasonable price.

Had an emergency issue with the main sewer drain at my house. Called Dimitry over the weekend. He was able to make it out first thing that Monday morning. He got our drains functioning again. He was on time, responsive and professional. So we asked him to give us a price on some other work we knew we needed but were concerned (worried) about cost. He quoted us for a new water main shut off, pressure reg. valve and adding a cleanout for future sewer maintenance.
The price was very fair so we had him proceed with the work. He did a fantastic job in the time frame we needed and it all looks great! He even located our sceptic tank for us.
I will surely be hiring him again in the future

Val has helped us on a number of projects and has been absolutely wonderful each time. From installing new toilets, fixing kitchen sink issues, to helping us with our exterior drain, Val has been there every step of the way. Fig plumbing came out on a spur of the moment water main rupture and did an emergency repair on my home. Daniel and John were very professional and good people to deal with. In January we found a leak and discovered we had faulty Kitec pipe in our house. Faced with the enormous task of repiping our house (400 feet of pipe!!) we chose Dave for the job. He did an awesome job! He kept work spaces clean, was super polite and went out of his way to keep us as comfortable as possible during the whole process. We also had Dave replace our water heater with a new heat-pump hybrid electric model. He went above an beyond making sure everything was perfect and we were happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend him!!

Troubleshooting problems with my undersink waterheater. After some research on the heater he found out it was the faucet that went bad, not the heater. They were polite and professional.

I called early Sunday - New Year's Day 01/01/2023 AM and spoke to Brandon about my water heater not working.

After listening to my report - and asking a few questions - Brandon indicated my pilot light was out.

He then walked me carefully (and patiently) thru the steps needed for pilot lite relighting.
