I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with 5 Star Plumbing Heating and Air! There’s a reason “5 Star” is in their name! I called them in the morning and was quoted an arrival time, same day that afternoon. Not only did they arrive 10 minutes before the estimated window for the appt, they quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in their van and fixed my AC, which is now blowing COLD air! Very responsive and professional. From the receptionist and Facebook messaging responsive time to the crew who came and got my AC back up in running (in 30 minutes I should add), made my experience with them wonderful! Would definitely recommend them!

We are a little late in the review of our excellent service we received from Brian and his staff in September. From the office to our home it was a very wise investment on our part. Brian came and took time to answer our questions, as, we were told what he suggested could not be done by previous salesman! Dave and Thomas came to install our furnace, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently and we have had a warm house because of this business.
