Medina is my go-to plumber. Helped me with cleanout on this project. Said he would be there by 8am to start job. I arrived at 7.45 and he was already there. The entire job was very clean. No problems.

We were experiencing root blockage in 55 year-old clay pipe (exterior and interior). Since we had two bathrooms which had just been completely remodeled, we did not want to have to tear up any floors inside of our home.

The Team from Rooter Alert just finished replacing exterior pipe/cleanouts and lining interior drainpipes, without causing any damage to the interior of our home (all within a weeks time of our initial call to them!).

We appreciate their timeliness in addressing our problem and taking the time throughout their work to help educate us on what they are doing each step of the way. They offered a full-service solution - including repouring the small cement patio which needed to be dug up on the exterior of our home. Not only that - they couldn't be a nicer group of people to work with - they really seem to enjoy what they do and they're very good at what they do!!
