2020, Patrick has been back to do two more projects for us. STELLAR work again. Today's job could have been awful. But Patrick made it look easy and I have every confidence the work is high quality. He had to remove my foundation to change the position of my kitchen sink. Awesome work! I still highly recommend.
2019 I had two previous plumbers for my project that were awful. Bad work and no shows. Brian heard the desperation in my voice and personally came and looked my job. He didnt have to, but he did it to help me! When the work started, he sent me Patrick. I can't say Thank You!!! enough. He helped me deal with the crummy work being done by Tim Grimes at Mission Restoration. Patrick fixed what he needed to and helped me to know what to watch for and insist on with the tile crew. Once that part was over Patrick and JR came back to install the toilet, tub, shower, and sink faucets. They were AWESOME.
They got all that done in a timely manner and left the site spotless!
As an extra bonus, the ladies in the office are super. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and (in dealing with me) patient.

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

Brian gave me a great price to unclog my kitchen sink. He’s very polite and does quality work. He called to let me know he was running late which I greatly appreciate. He came in got the job done and charged me the exact price he quoted me no hidden charges! I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!! Don’t let his small amount of reviews scare you!! I didn’t and now I found my new plumber!

I highly recommend NIR for their excellent plumbing service. Mike was brilliant at locating a leak in my basement which two other plumbers could not find after more than one week of inspections. One company recommended a complete repiping of my plumbing. Mike found the problem within two hours and fixed it the following day. He provided excellent customer service and explained the problem before he did the work. I am grateful for their service to me and will call them again when I need plumbing work.
