Plumbing is expense service if you don't have a clean out regardless of who you use, but I really liked this company. They gave us an appointment time and said they would call when they were 30 minutes out. When the plumber was delayed at another location they called to let us know. We also received the call 30 min prior to his arrival. The gentleman was very professional and helpful. I also appreciated that he was as neat as possible, but still took the time to look around and leave our kitchen as he found it.

The team at Rooter Alert was amazing. From Georgina answering all my questions to the crew who excavated a very difficult spot to Pablo and David sleeving the line to the techs who installed the top hat, every single person was friendly and professional.
