My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. This company is honest, fast, reliable, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and they were also clean; being mindful of the other projects we had going on. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are super professional. A+ rating.

We had some significant issues right before the holidays. I called and Georgina has been totally responsive during the entire process. An estimate was submitted and as we waited for 2 other estimates, Georgina continued to stay in touch. Although we ultimately went a different direction/scope for the project and used another company, I will keep Rooter Alert Plumbing and Select Trenchless numbers handy. I would work with these folks in a heartbeat and appreciated their professionalism.

Came out diagnosed and fixed our problem all within an hour. Reasonably priced and answered some other basic questions we had. Good job and I definitely reccomend.

Randy has been great, he helped me out in the past on a major job. His work was exceptional and at a fair price. Today I called in behalf of a friend and although it was too far for his company to travel Randy gave me some advice as to what materials that should be use and in what manner it needed to be properly installed. Randy's advice was invaluable when getting quotes from other Plumbing Companies.
