Brian responded first to our call about our upstairs heater having problems. Brian was very nice and was able to keep our heating running until the parts came in that needed replacing. He also gave us recommendations to prevent it from happening again in the future. Dane responded on the day the parts were to be replaced and he too was very nice. After the repairs he did a walkthrough with me and gave me a few more suggestions for heating our house more efficiently with the unit we currently have. All around the service and response time was fantastic and I will definitely use BWR again in the future.
