La tina del baño según tenía mucho pelo pero no tiraba nada de agua y ahora en la mañana después de 24 horas que vinieron estas personas me dijeron que estaba liqueando agua y pues ahora ya tira de dos partes la llave de la tina los peores la verdad no es justo después de 11 meses que me espere para que me entregaran mi casa y pues desde entonses puras fallas con los sub contratistas que no saben lo que hacen no ay profesionalismo en estas compañías de preferred plumbing y Prefered reconstruction no los recomiendo para nada

On Black Friday (11/26/21), my wife and I were just getting ready to go shopping when she noticed that our water heater was leaking water. It had a catastrophic failure and it had to be replaced so I checked online reviews and made some phone calls. Most either didn’t answer or told me it would be several days until they could come to my home to replace the water heater. I called Pacific Valley Plumbing and Ricardo answered the phone right away. Ricardo said he could come later that day and he arrived in a timely manner (In the future he probably won’t be able to respond so fast because I can see him getting fully booked once his business grows more).
Ricardo is a licensed plumber that uses his expertise and high quality tools to get the job done right the first time. He first uninstalled the old water heater and cleaned up a bit and then installed the new water heater. He had to add a drain line because the old water heater didn’t have one (our home inspector had said the same thing 2 years ago but we never bothered to get it fixed). I am super curious about home improvement and have been an avid fan of “This Old House” so I know enough to know that Ricardo completed the job right and followed the proper codes.
I was so impressed by his work that I immediately asked him to help me with another plumbing issue. The house came with this ancient water softener system that I wanted removed since the day we bought the house. Ricardo removed the old system and the old pipes and then soldered the copper pipes together. This might have been a simple task for him but it greatly benefited me because I got more storage in my garage and my water pressure increased! Before I let him go I also asked him about a shower remodel since our home has those old school valves that don’t have any scalding protection. He cleaned up everything and he left me with some very nice business cards. I will personally be recommending him to my friends and family.
