My water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. I called this company and spoke to Art to see if he can help us. I loved his sense of urgency and genuine interest specially since I mentioned I had small children and no hot water. I was amazed at how fast he came to take care of the problem and was so grateful, besides the fact that there price was way better than the previous companies I called. Called for free estimate and Dale was on the phone throughout the process of checking from the meter for possible leak in main line and other possibilities, suggested to test with water hose on the door and found out only possibility is from golf course sprinkler to our back door. I will now have to capture video and talk to Golf course. Dale was very patient and professional throughout phone call consulting. I definitely have new plumber if I have any water problem around my house. Thank you.
