I love this company. We highly recommend Fire N Ice.My home warranty sends horrible contractors and don’t want to stand behind their obligations. I contacted Fire N Ice and they were so friendly and accommodating. It was during the triple digit heat wave and were extremely busy but squeezed me in and sent a crew out to check out our AC system. For over a month they went above and beyond to try and keep our old unit operable through the heatwave but eventually had to replace it. Everyone from the women in the office to the different service guys that we dealt with were extremely nice and understanding. We appreciate all of them. They are honest and compassionate.
