I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. I highly recommend NIR for their excellent plumbing service. Mike was brilliant at locating a leak in my basement which two other plumbers could not find after more than one week of inspections. One company recommended a complete repiping of my plumbing. Mike found the problem within two hours and fixed it the following day. He provided excellent customer service and explained the problem before he did the work. I am grateful for their service to me and will call them again when I need plumbing work.

No complaints. Outdoor hose bibb caused a sudden water burst that could not be turned off because of malfunctioning element in the faucet body. Although it was late at night, roto rooter recognized the urgency as water was shut off at my property. Two guys came out and replaced the piece immediately and resolved the problem. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

This morning I discovered that I had a leak coming from an outside faucet. I called Cisneros Plumbing around 8am and explained my problem, they told me that they would be able to send someone out. Within thirty minutes Alex arrived, he introduced himself, I showed him the problem. Alex took time to look at the area and then he explained what the problem was and told me what my options were. I told him to go ahead and do the repairs. After he had finished the repairs he called Cisneros and someone come out to check and make sure that there was no water damage in the wall. Rene arrived also very professional and informative. These two young men were excellent. I hope that I do not have any more plumbing problems anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling Cisneros and hopefully i get Alex and Rene.Thanks.
