Michael and Jesse were great. My drains backed up Sunday morning causing my toilet to back up into my shower. It was hard to find someone on a Sunday. Jesse was able to get on a call with me within 15 min. He was able to quote me the price over the phone. When Michael and Jesse arrived they were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what all of my options where and clear on pricing. They were able to hydro jet and clear roots in our drain lines. No limit got our house back on track so we could get back to our Sunday. Definitely will use no limit again in the future and I recommend you give them a call too.

I had a drain blockage and this was my first experience with a plumbing issue in my house. Originally I went through my home insurance and they sent me a company who came out and told me, “he would not price gauge me so don’t worry.” Whenever people say that you can be sure that is exactly what they will do. Sure enough, he told me there was “no way” to access the blockage because my pipes were not done correctly in my house. Because he wrote on the assessment that it wasn’t done correctly insurance wouldn’t cover it. The other company gave me an estimate of $2400! I immediately called Best Plumbing to get a second opinion. They did find a way to access the drain, unclogged it, and cleaned up! I was blown away! The first company claimed they would have to dig down and “crack my pipes” to gain access to the blockage and it would take all day to repair to the tune of $2400. Best Plumbing gained access, DID NOT crack pipes, cleaned up after the mess the blockage caused and it was a fraction of the original estimate I received from the first company. The even fixed my garbage disposal which we uncovered had an issue while they were there. He also showed
Me how to do it myself if it ever happened again. I am so greatful to Best Plumbing and their staff and I highly recommend them!

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

I called Make It Drain after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I'll definitely be calling Make It Drain again for any plumbing needs.

Services provided were A-one. I am completely satisfied. One job involved digging & installing pipe from downstairs shower through the backyard to faucet connection near the garage. Frank has installed toilets, sinks, cleared clogged drains, etc., in my home. I recommend him highly. He does excellent quality work.

TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

So I had called 5 local plumbers and this was the only guy that would actually talk to me. Two of the companies were very rude but this guy Rick was very helpful and considerate person. I paid a fair amount and I think I received a good deal for the money. My wife and I thank you for picking up all the mess I do thank you for not cheating us and doing a great job. M.J.
