This family own business is top notch. Our flooding was caused by the main pipe that needed to be cleared and repositioned outside of our home. Vincent and Victor responded on the same day, and worked in the rain. They rescued us from having to wait over a week for other plumbers to respond. They are local and they are highly professional. The Family business is one we were blessed to find quickly, and we intend to support and recommend them, as they can handle many different jobs that a 20 year old home needs to be upgraded. Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. I had great experience with Active Plumbing Solutions. Drake was the plumber who detected and fixed three leaks in the last couple months concerning a rental property I have. My unit is unfortunately a downstairs unit and sustained leaks from upstairs and from common wall pipes. For the first two leaks, other plumbers I hired couldn't find the causes and Drake was very thorough on inspection, and accurately identified the causes. For the third leak, I directly hired Drake without hesitation. Drake provided reasonable estimate for his arrival window, and when he knew he was about to run late due to other jobs running overtime, he had the courtesy to call ahead of time to notify me. He was always punctual on appointment, communicated well and he is honest, caring and professonal. I hope I don't have to use his service again, but if I do, I will definitely hire him.

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

I had gas and water plumbing issues and not only was Ivan on time and over the top component, but he worked all day in a hot Riverside home but he did so cheerfully! And the cost at the end was perfectly appropriate. I will never use another plumber!

Very professional, great service

Nick and his team (Sergio, Ricky and Juan) provided prompt service and immediate support to an emergency backup. They also installed a clean out pipe the same day to prevent any future issues from happening again.

Great experience. Very professional and very informative. I was given many proposals and ultimately let me make a decision. Free for visit and inspection for problem if it’s visible. I did call other companies and they were charging just for the visit. Efrain (plumber) amazing work and very knowledgeable. He did not waste any time and as soon as I gave him the OK to proceed with the job, he was hustling. The job was done great! John Hagman (mitigation) and his team did an amazing job. John gave me all the information and how the process was going to work and had his team come in and take care of it. Both Efrain and John responded within an hour of initial call. Highly recommend Rotor- Rooter because their staff is exceptional. Professionalism 100%!
