I had a leak in my restroom upstairs that I could not find I called American Leak Locators & Plumbing for assistance they were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

If you've got a plumbing issue, call Luke first! We called him for a second opinion after another company put a camera down our lines and showed us several leaks. They said we'd have to rerun the whole house and it was going to cost $20k. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion. Luke came out, ran his own camera. Told us we had normal wear, one leak that he fixed for $300 (lots of digging involved), and said there was no need to redo the lines. We've had to call him out a few times since for various other issues. He's very reasonably priced and guarantees his work. We trust him. When we remodel our kitchen, we're calling Luke!

Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!
