We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

What a special young man that Ryan is. Checked everything to assure us of what we thought was the problem was not near as bad as we thought. Be sure he knows how much I appreciated him. I would always recommend Hansen!!!
