The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. I have been doing business with the Reno Plumbing Doctor for several years now. Mark (the plumber) has lots of experience and does quality work!! He has a price sheet that will tell you how much you will pay for the particular job that you want. No other plumber (that I know of) will tell you in advance how much they will charge you. He is fair, honest, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this business to anyone with plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods

Emergency Repair: Water heater expansion tank ruptured and control module failed. Too much to explain but Carlos exceeded my expectations. Thought this type of service only existed 30+ years ago.

We hired them to clean drain lines and put a camera in the lines to look for blockage. The guy who answers the phone was completely unprofessional and demanding to a point of being completely rude. Refused to give us the video of the lines they worked in after we paid for them to use a camera in the lines to look for the blockage. Service guy in the field is nice enough, but the owner/guy who answers the phone was just rude. Will not hire them again and will not refer them to anyone else.
