We tried so many plumbers, and they were the only ones who would come within a half hour. Taylor was very nice and helpful on the phone and scheduled the plumber, Tracy, to come out right away. Tracy was very friendly, professional and efficient. He identified the problem quickly and gave us three options to solve the problem.

We would recommend them and will use them again.

Very disappointed in the communication and service of Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. I called them on Wednesday to take a look at a leak on the back of our property. The appointment was set between 3:30 & 4:30 the next day and once onsite, the tech was supposed to call me directly to provide an update and get approval for any repair. Needless to say, no one called and in fact gave my manager little to no information other than telling him that he (the tech) would be back the next day (no time given) with a generator to pump the line. The next day came and at 5:00 pm I received my first call back from a different tech who informed me that they would not be able to do the work because it would require a generator and they don't do that type of work. When I interjected that they needed better communication skills since we have wasted two days, the tech talked over me not listening and then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't given any detail about the job from the previous tech and wasn't told about the generator. When I suggested that they needed to improve their communication to both the customers and each other, he just continued to talk over me with no regard to my frustration. Very disappointed, we will not use them again!
