The company stands behind it's work and that counts for a lot and they do great work, most of the time. Unfortunately my gas line installation didn't go well, it leaked. They worked on it and it still leaked. They worked on it again and it still leaked. Finally they sent another crew that ripped out the origiinal work, put in all new lines and it was good and passed inspection. Every company makes mistakes and the important thing is how they handle the mistakes -- Matthew's Plumbing were professional at every step and kept working until it was correct. But I have to be honest that it was aggravating becaus days and weeks passed and the gas company wanted to charge me $3500 for not having service yet (they didn't when I explained the delay). My main gripe is that I paid plumber's wages and got an apprentice. Once an experienced plumber showed up, on the 4th trip, it went smoothly. There were a few other hiccups that weren't their fault like the inspector didn't see the shut off valve and forgot to check for CO2 detectors, but that was minor in the scheme of things.
