Justin Lindquist came out on a Saturday to replace my 22-year-old water heater that broke on a Friday night. His performance was exemplary. My dogs were immediately relaxed around him, always a good sign. He was polite, moved quickly, explained things clearly, cleaned up after himself, and was overall excellent. I won't hesitate to call Matthews Plumbing for future needs (I've used them before and was happy to call on them again). I heartily recommend them -- 5 stars, at least!
