I needed a new hot water heater installed as an emergency (read: FAST) on a Monday afternoon at 5:45PM. I called around with pretty much no luck until I found Matthew's Plumbing. Kim from Matthew's patiently worked with me to determine the type of water heater I needed and had someone on-site within an hour. Sam and Matt worked with another gentleman that was there removing the standing water from my old, busted water heater. That place was a mess and they diagnosed the issue with the old water heater, replaced it with the new water heater and walked me through operating and caring for my new appliance. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a pinch. Everyone hopes their water heater will just start leaking to let you know it needs to be replaced. But that's all it is -- HOPE.
